It's been a banner year for firsts here at Imp towers, after the avalanche of excitement that was our 2011-2012 auditions!

The standard was amazingly high this year, including among the non-native speakers, auditionees high on painkillers, folk who started the audition too scared to speak – all folk who've learned the most important lesson of improv: take part, try things that scare you, and occasionally you'll amaze yourself.
